We offer a unique concept consisting of a stone-plate grill made of volcanic stone heated at hight temperature providing an ideal natural cooking surface with no need for added fat. This concept allows you to choose from a wide selection of meats and fish, such as filet mignon, ostrich, tuna, bison, seafood, kangaroo, deer, elk, camel, etc. Séverine, the owner will welcome you and provide a service that is attentive and personalized. The menu also offers a varied and refined table d’hôte that includes of a few “signature” dishes from Chef-owner Fabien Gilissen. The cellar has a wide selection of wines, private imports and a good selection of wine by the glass. We also offer a selection of ready-to-go dishes. Private room can be made available.
